Get Sh!t Done ("the Extension") is a productivity planner Chrome extension.

1. What data the Extension processes
The Extension processes the data you create while using it, including:

tasks, projects, and planner entries
planner preferences (such as selected views/tabs and dates)
extension lifecycle metadata needed for operation (for example install/update state)
2. How data is used
Your data is used only to:

provide core planner functionality
save your planner state
sync your planner state across your signed-in Chrome profiles/devices using Chrome sync features
3. Where data is stored
The Extension stores data in:

chrome.storage.sync (primary, for cross-device sync)
browser local storage as a fallback when needed
4. Data sharing and selling
We do not sell your data.
We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
We do not transfer your data for purposes unrelated to the Extension’s core functionality.
5. Remote code
The Extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript/WASM code for its core functionality. Extension code is packaged with the published build.

6. Data retention and deletion
Data remains stored in your browser profile/sync storage until you:

delete items within the Extension, or
remove/clear Extension data, or
uninstall the Extension and clear synced/local extension data via your browser settings
7. Security
We rely on Chrome extension storage mechanisms and reasonable development practices to protect stored data. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Children’s privacy
The Extension is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date.
